Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing or using Game Bell (the "app") or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. If you use the app on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

2. Your license to use Game Bell

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Game Bell for your own non-commercial purposes. Your use is also subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Game Bell lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code except where permitted by law.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the app or any connected services (including cloud sync).
• Use the app to break the rules or terms of any game you track, or to gain an unfair advantage prohibited by a game's publisher.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data, or circumvent authentication.
• Use the app to store or transmit unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

4. User responsibilities

• Your reminders: You are responsible for the accuracy of the reminders, times and notes you create. Game Bell is a scheduling aid — always confirm official in-game timers.
• Device settings: Notifications depend on iOS permissions, Focus modes, Do Not Disturb, battery settings and a functioning device clock. You are responsible for keeping these configured so alerts can be delivered.
• Account security: If you sign in, keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.

5. Accounts & cloud sync

Some features, such as cloud sync, require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. See our Privacy Policy for how account data is handled.

6. Intellectual property

Game Bell, its name, logo, design and software are owned by TODO: Your company / developer name and protected by intellectual-property laws. Game titles, trademarks and logos referenced in the app belong to their respective owners; Game Bell is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those publishers.

7. Disclaimers

Game Bell is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that notifications will always be delivered on time, that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any specific game event will occur at the time you set. You use the app at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TODO: Your company / developer name shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, missed in-game rewards, lost progress or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) Game Bell. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

9. Termination

You may stop using Game Bell at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.

10. Changes & updates

We may update the app and these terms from time to time to reflect new features, legal requirements or improvements. When we change the terms, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes may be highlighted in the app. Continuing to use Game Bell after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of TODO: Your governing jurisdiction.
